By leveraging the Loftware Cloud—which holds SAP Endorsed App status—the firms intend to standardize operational processes across supplier ecosystems and logistics networks. This approach addresses the friction often found when core ERP systems fail to connect seamlessly with physical product identification, labeling, and compliance workflows.
Justin Sadler-Smith, Chief Revenue Officer at Loftware, noted that the partnership is designed to eliminate "costly unknowns" by connecting data directly to business processes. Ralf Dillmann, CEO of BearingPoint North America, emphasized that successful supply chain redesign requires aligning people and technology around common objectives.
