The June 3 incident, which left both sides claiming injury, reportedly escalated when Sandoval attempted to stop Robinson from recording him. Sandoval alleges that Robinson struck him repeatedly in the head, causing blurred vision and neck injuries. He further claims that Robinson’s father, Will, grabbed him, forcing him to shove the older man into a fire pit in self-defense. Conversely, representatives for Robinson maintain that the father suffered a dislocated thumb and a herniated disc during the struggle. Sandoval’s camp has dismissed these claims, asserting that Will’s back issues were pre-existing and that his hand injury was self-inflicted while punching a door.
The conflict has now spilled into a dispute over the Los Angeles rental property. While Sandoval insists he remains the primary payer for the home and has been effectively displaced, Robinson argues she provided the majority of the down payment and retains legal rights to the residence. Beyond the physical altercations, Sandoval’s legal team alleges that Robinson has already violated the court-mandated restraining orders multiple times by attempting to access the property and contacting him through third parties. Robinson’s representatives have categorically denied these claims, stating that any third-party contact occurred without her involvement.
