Adam Cain Named CEO of Sustainability Partners

The Board of Directors at Sustainability Partners has unanimously appointed Adam Cain as Chief Executive Officer, elevating him from his current role as president. Cain assumes the leadership position as John Veech, a veteran of infrastructure investment and law, departs from full-time employment after a 43-year professional tenure.

Cain has played a central role in scaling the Chandler-based organization, overseeing the integration of business development and project execution. His work has focused on the company’s Infrastructure as a Service model, which provides state agencies and municipalities with funding and maintenance for essential assets through usage-based monthly fees. Since joining the firm in 2022, he has been credited with strengthening the company's operating platform and expanding its market reach.

Veech will remain connected to the organization as a member of the Board of Directors and a Senior Advisor. Gary Goldstein, representing the Board, noted that the transition reflects confidence in Cain’s operational discipline and his alignment with the company’s long-term strategy. As he steps into the top role, Cain intends to continue the firm’s focus on providing infrastructure solutions for schools, hospitals, and government entities without requiring upfront capital from public partners.
