The rebranding effort aims to provide a consistent customer experience across the company’s extensive retail network without altering the facility’s ownership, staffing, or repair capabilities. By aligning with the parent company’s name, the Round Rock location seeks to bridge the gap between local service and the broader resources of an international automotive retailer. Brandon Ming, General Manager of Group 1 Nissan Round Rock, noted that the change is designed to offer customers clarity and trust during the stressful period following a collision, emphasizing that the local team remains committed to the same repair standards.
Located at 2800 Chisholm Trail Road, the center continues to support drivers across Central Texas, including Pflugerville and Austin. The facility remains part of a larger ecosystem that encompasses 250 dealerships and 37 vehicle brands. While the name has changed to reflect this national platform, the operational focus remains on maintaining long-standing community relationships and providing consistent, transparent repair services from initial assessment to final vehicle delivery.
