Iyengar arrives from GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group company, where he served as Senior Vice President and Head of the Hitachi Business Unit. During his tenure, he scaled that division to more than $275 million in annual revenue, overseeing sectors ranging from energy and mobility to connected industries. His appointment marks a significant shift for Improving as the company pushes to solidify its global delivery model and expand its footprint in large-scale digital transformation, including AI and data platform integration.
CEO Curtis Hite pointed to Iyengar’s history of building high-performing teams as a primary driver for the move. Iyengar will work alongside the firm’s regional managing directors and sales leaders to refine the company’s enterprise model. His focus remains on bridging the gap between Improving’s internal culture of trust and the demands of complex, global client engagements.
