The three-part series brings together industry practitioners to share strategies for managing DBE and SBE programs. Participants include representatives from Chicago Public Schools and Houston METRO, alongside Angela Booker of ISFAC, LLC. These sessions aim to provide actionable frameworks for maintaining program continuity during staffing transitions and leveraging technology to improve oversight.
The series kicks off July 9 with a focus on enterprise architecture at Chicago Public Schools, followed by a July 16 session highlighting Houston METRO’s small business initiatives. The program concludes on July 23 with a deep dive into AI-driven compliance and the technical requirements of 49 CFR 26 and 23. Shaunette Fortson, B2Gnow’s Director of Customer Education and Development, noted that the content is intended for immediate implementation by agencies seeking to optimize their existing frameworks or build new programs from the ground up.
