Bam Margera Rules Out Jackass Reunion With Knoxville and Tremaine

“It’s not going to happen, not in 10 million years.” Bam Margera has definitively shut the door on any potential reconciliation with former Jackass colleagues Johnny Knoxville and Jeff Tremaine, citing deep-seated resentment over his controversial termination from the franchise’s final installment, Jackass: Forever.

While Margera maintains he holds no hostility toward the wider cast, his stance on the project's leadership remains absolute. The professional rift began in 2019 when production tied his participation to a strict wellness agreement. After testing positive for amphetamines—which Margera maintains were prescribed for ADHD—he was fired from the film, prompting a wrongful termination lawsuit against Paramount, MTV, and the producers that was settled out of court in 2022.

Knoxville has publicly framed the firing as a necessary intervention to ensure Margera’s sobriety, drawing parallels to the successful recovery of cast member Steve-O. Despite Knoxville’s expressions of lingering care and a desire for reconciliation, Margera remains unmoved. The skateboarder, who recently credited his current sobriety to his marriage with Dannii Marie and a return to skating, insists he has no interest in ever crossing paths with his former partners again.
