Investors Targeted in Microvast Holdings Securities Class Action

Investors who purchased Microvast Holdings, Inc. securities between April 1, 2025, and March 16, 2026, face a deadline of September 21, 2026, to file as lead plaintiffs in a class action lawsuit. The litigation alleges the company misled shareholders regarding its margin targets and production expansion timelines.

The lawsuit, filed by The Rosen Law Firm, claims Microvast executives issued false or misleading statements concerning the company's financial health and operational progress. Specifically, the complaint alleges that inventory management failures and customer delays in commercial vehicle rollouts were downplayed, causing an overstatement of the company’s ability to hit projected margins. Furthermore, the firm asserts that management misrepresented the timeline for completing the Huzhou Phase 3.2 expansion facility, which was slated for completion by the end of 2025. Investors who suffered losses when these details emerged may be eligible for compensation through a contingency fee arrangement, meaning no out-of-pocket payments are required to participate in the litigation. While a class has not yet been certified, those interested in serving as lead plaintiff must move the court by the September deadline. Investors are not required to serve as lead plaintiff to remain eligible for a potential future recovery, nor are they required to retain The Rosen Law Firm; they may choose any qualified counsel or remain absent class members at this stage.
