The company’s growth strategy reached several milestones during the second quarter, most notably its first nonprofit franchise partnership in South Dallas. Beyond the Dallas expansion, the brand secured agreements to open three shops in Cincinnati, two in Raleigh, and three in Stillwater. These developments accompany a series of recent market entries that saw new locations debut in El Paso, Bossier City, and Vienna.
Operational shifts are also defining the brand's mid-year performance. Shipley launched a dedicated online catering platform featuring exclusive mini kolaches—a product that transitioned from a limited-time offering to a permanent menu fixture due to consumer demand. These catering services are now accessible across more than 350 locations. CEO Flynn Dekker noted that these efforts, combined with high-profile industry rankings such as the 2026 Fast Casual Top 100, demonstrate the effectiveness of the current leadership strategy in attracting new operators. With over 390 restaurants currently operating across 13 states, the company continues to solicit qualified partners in the South, Southeast, and Midwest to sustain its expansion.
