Lindblad Expeditions Posts Record Occupancy Amid Revenue Growth

Lindblad Expeditions Holdings reported a 19% jump in quarterly revenue to $199.2 million for the period ending June 30, 2026. The adventure travel operator achieved its highest second-quarter occupancy in a decade at 91%, signaling strong demand for its ship-based and land-based expedition offerings despite rising fuel costs.

The company’s performance benefited from a 4% increase in net yield per available guest night, reaching $1,294. While Lindblad narrowed its net loss to $1.4 million—an improvement of $8.3 million compared to the same quarter in 2025—the results were buoyed by significant gains in both its primary cruise segment and its land-based operations. The Lindblad segment contributed $129.2 million in tour revenue, while the Land Experiences segment added $70.0 million.

CEO Natalya Leahy attributed the growth to a focused strategy that expanded overall capacity by 12% while maintaining high margins. Adjusted EBITDA rose 31% to $32.5 million, supported by robust bookings for future travel. Looking ahead, the company maintains a positive outlook for the full year 2026, projecting total tour revenues between $830 million and $860 million. To date, Lindblad has deployed $23 million of its $35 million stock repurchase plan, reflecting continued confidence in its long-term growth and value creation.
