Investors Target Alarum Technologies in Securities Fraud Class Action

A class action lawsuit has been filed against Alarum Technologies Ltd. following allegations that the company misled investors regarding the operations of its subsidiary, NetNut. Shareholders who purchased securities between March 20, 2025, and July 2, 2026, now have until October 5, 2026, to move the court to serve as lead plaintiff.

The complaint, filed by the Rosen Law Firm, alleges that Alarum Technologies failed to disclose that NetNut was linking customer home internet devices into a third-party network without proper consent. This activity allegedly allowed cybercriminals to mask their digital locations, significantly increasing the company's legal exposure and threatening its business stability. According to the filing, these omissions rendered the company's public statements regarding its operations and prospects materially false or misleading.

Investors who acquired Alarum stock during the specified period may be eligible for compensation through a contingency fee arrangement, meaning no out-of-pocket costs for participants. While the firm encourages investors to seek qualified legal representation, the court has not yet certified a class. Shareholders are not required to serve as lead plaintiff to participate in any potential recovery, and they retain the option to select their own counsel or remain absent class members.
