The DJS Law Group is organizing the legal effort against the NASDAQ-listed firm, citing failures to comply with §§10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act. According to the complaint, EquipmentShare maintained undisclosed financial relationships that rendered its public market statements materially false throughout the first half of 2026.
Shareholders who held EQPT stock during the specified window have until September 21, 2026, to apply for lead plaintiff status. While the firm is actively recruiting participants to join the recovery efforts, legal representatives noted that appointment as a lead plaintiff is not a prerequisite for individual investors to participate in any potential settlement.
