Walmart’s Justin Breton named to AAF Hall of Achievement

Justin Breton, head of partnerships and emerging experiences at Walmart, has been selected for induction into the American Advertising Federation’s Hall of Achievement. The honor recognizes marketing leaders under 40 who have demonstrated exceptional innovation, leadership, and service within the advertising industry.

Breton, who also holds a spot on the RTIH Top 100 Retail Technology Influencers list, described the recognition as a humbling milestone. Reflecting on a career that spans publishing, technology, and retail, he noted that his professional philosophy centers on creating genuine audience participation rather than simply interrupting consumers. His work has frequently focused on pioneering new forms of commerce and experimenting with emerging platforms to bridge the gap between brands and culture.

The AAF Hall of Achievement inducts a new class annually to celebrate individuals who have significantly shaped modern advertising through impactful business results and industry contributions. Joining this roster of past honorees, Breton expressed gratitude to the mentors and teams who have pushed him to build engaging experiences throughout his career.
