Sutton floorplans offer between 2,663 and 2,907 square feet, while the larger Hollis homes span 3,154 to 3,555 square feet. Both collections provide four to five bedrooms and three bathrooms, designed to accommodate growing families within the Newhall and William S. Hart school districts.
John Lavender, president of Lennar’s California Coastal Division, noted that the project prioritizes privacy and access to a forthcoming recreation center featuring resort-style pool facilities and community gathering areas. A grand opening event is set for August 8, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., offering potential residents a first look at the site’s mountain views and access to nearby attractions like Six Flags Magic Mountain.
