The Las Vegas-based data center developer continues to expand its footprint, reporting 201,269 deployed miners as of August 31. CEO Matt Schultz highlighted the ongoing construction at the Sandersville campus, which is backed by $6.6 billion in contracted revenue. The firm’s power portfolio now spans 1.8 GW under contract, with 808 MW currently utilized to support mining operations.
Financial activity during the month saw the company’s Bitcoin treasury dip slightly to 13,703 coins. This reduction followed the sale of 821 Bitcoin through a combination of spot market transactions, call exercises, and delta-neutral basis trades, achieving an average sale price of $65,420. Of the remaining holdings, 3,951 Bitcoin are currently encumbered as collateral or receivables related to derivative positions.
