The leadership shuffle marks a new chapter for the commercial interiors giant, which operates as a leading Steelcase dealer across California and Texas. Despite the change in ownership, the company intends to maintain its existing brand identity and service model. Lozowski will remain with the firm as an executive advisor to ensure a smooth handoff, while current operations, service teams, and client partnerships will see no disruption.
During his 25-year tenure, Lozowski transformed Tangram into a diversified powerhouse with nearly $300 million in annual sales. The company’s portfolio now spans contract furniture, architectural products, and technology integration. Meter, who spearheaded the buyout, emphasized that the shift represents a continuation of the company's long-standing focus on craftsmanship and client care. Steelcase leadership, including Vice President of Channel Pamela Woodward, expressed continued support for the new management structure, citing the firm's enduring role in the commercial design market.
