Danielle Kinback Joins Wilentz as Land Use and Environmental Shareholder

Before transitioning into legal practice, Kinback served as a senior engineer with the Ocean County Department of Engineering. She retains her professional engineer license, a technical credential that Donna Jennings, chair of the firm’s land use group, identified as a key asset for clients facing intricate development hurdles. Kinback’s practice encompasses municipal board appearances, ordinance challenges, and complex environmental matters involving CERCLA and the state’s Spill Compensation and Control Act.

Kinback, a graduate of Rutgers University School of Law-Camden, joins a firm with a century-long history in New Jersey. She expressed that the move allows her to align with a team recognized for its long-standing dedication to redevelopment and environmental law. Her addition follows a career representing diverse landowners and developers through the state’s increasingly demanding regulatory framework.
