Stateside Associates Names Michelle Jones and Ethan Wilson as Principals

The promotions come as the firm, led by President Johnathan Lozier, CEO Michael Behm, and Chairman Mark Anderson, seeks to modernize its advocacy strategy. Jones, previously a Senior Vice President, will head the firm’s Healthcare Practice while continuing to manage the Extended Workforce program. Her work focuses on providing clients with flexible access to policy experts to navigate shifting legislative landscapes.

Ethan Wilson, who serves as General Counsel, will leverage his legal background to expand the firm’s business portfolio and corporate governance. Wilson currently oversees the Financial Technology and Insurance practices and maintains a significant presence in national policy circles, including his role on the board of the National Conference of State Legislatures Foundation. According to Lozier, these appointments are intended to cement the firm’s position as a leader in state and local affairs by investing in internal talent to drive long-term institutional growth.
