The partnership arrives as Big Dan's continues to scale its operations throughout Florida. Jay Shadday, president of the car wash chain, noted that the alignment with the Buccaneers reflects a commitment to local engagement that extends beyond business operations. The company, which launched in 2020 and now operates more than 30 locations across the Southeast, intends to leverage the deal through in-person activations and marketing campaigns designed to engage the team's fan base.
Atul Khosla, the Buccaneers' chief commercial officer, characterized the deal as a natural fit, citing the brand's rapid establishment as a community-minded entity in the Tampa area. The franchise, currently in its 51st season, maintains a significant local presence through the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Foundation and various philanthropic efforts, which the leadership teams at both organizations plan to support through their combined reach.
