Finalsite Acquires RevTrak to Consolidate K-12 School Payments

The acquisition integrates RevTrak’s long-standing payment infrastructure—covering everything from athletics and meal fees to event ticketing—into Finalsite’s existing tuition and enrollment software. By merging these systems, the company seeks to streamline the administrative burden on school districts while providing parents with a single, simplified portal for all school-related transactions. This move effectively expands the reach of the Connecticut-based platform to a combined network of 50,000 schools worldwide.

Finalsite CEO Jim Calabrese noted that the integration is designed to reduce the administrative friction often associated with school-to-home interactions. By automating reconciliation and reporting, the company expects to modernize the way districts manage their daily financial workflows. Finalsite, which is backed by private equity firm Veritas Capital, intends to leverage this expanded footprint to accelerate product innovation and enhance security across its international K-12 client base.
