MiniMed Taps Incyte Veteran Sheila Denton as General Counsel

Denton joins the company following a tenure at Incyte, where she served on the executive team and managed corporate governance and strategic transactions. Her background also includes significant leadership roles at Boehringer Ingelheim and a partnership at the law firm Pullman & Comley. CEO Que Dallara highlighted Denton's regulatory judgment and board-level experience as critical assets for the firm’s ongoing global scaling efforts.

Denton succeeds Courtney Nelson Wills, who exited the organization to pursue other professional interests after a brief transition period. At MiniMed, Denton will oversee the legal framework for the company’s integrated insulin delivery and monitoring ecosystem, which currently serves patients across 80 countries.
