The 2027 WRX GD25 draws inspiration from the rally-bred legacy of the 2002 model. Limited to 350 units, the sedan arrives in World Rally Blue, rolling on 19-inch gold-painted alloy wheels. It features a swan-neck carbon fiber rear wing derived from the ARA25L rally car, alongside an STI-tuned suspension and upgraded Brembo brakes. Under the hood, the 271-horsepower 2.4-liter turbocharged boxer engine pairs with a six-speed manual transmission, while the interior is anchored by Recaro seating and STI branding. Deliveries are scheduled for summer 2027.
Contrasting the rally-focused WRX, the 2027 BRZ ZC15 celebrates the 2012 debut of the rear-wheel-drive platform. Capped at 300 units, the coupe sports an exclusive Ceramic White exterior with matte bronze wheels and side decals. Performance enhancements include a flexible V-bar and Brembo calipers, while the cabin features unique black leather upholstery with Bordeaux red inserts. Powered by a 228-horsepower 2.4-liter engine, the ZC15 will reach showrooms in early 2027. Both vehicles represent a strategic push to leverage Subaru’s history through specialized performance-oriented hardware.
