Savus Names Ethan Jones Executive Vice President of Operations

Jones joins the company during a period of rapid expansion, tasked with streamlining the transition from initial partner onboarding through to policy issuance. His mandate includes developing repeatable playbooks to increase the speed at which partners can quote and bind policies. CEO Andreja Stevanovic emphasized that Jones’s arrival brings the necessary discipline to maintain platform reliability as the company scales its footprint.

Beyond internal operations, Jones will collaborate with product teams to influence the platform roadmap and serve as a technical expert in customer-facing deal support. His role also involves establishing key performance metrics for platform uptime and quality, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and data-handling standards. Jones brings over two decades of industry experience, including a four-year tenure as Chief Revenue Officer at Kissterra and more than ten years at Esurance, where he managed channel distribution.
