The expansion currently covers five company-owned stores, with an additional 13 locations scheduled to join the network throughout September. By adopting the Order Aggregation (OA) technology, Musgrave aims to mitigate the operational complexity typically associated with juggling multiple delivery marketplaces simultaneously.
Barry McVeigh, Head of Operational Support at Musgrave Northern Ireland, noted that the system provides store teams with a unified interface to handle menus, stock levels, and promotions. For Snappy Technologies, the partnership represents a strategic effort to simplify digital reach for retailers facing the growing demand for rapid grocery fulfillment. VP Andy Batt stated that the platform is designed to remove the friction of marketplace fragmentation, allowing retailers to maintain service standards while scaling their online footprint.
