SKF Adjusts Voting Structure Following Share Conversion

The total voting power at AB SKF has shifted to 71,561,368, reflecting a recent internal restructuring of the company’s equity. As of September 30, 2026, the Gothenburg-based manufacturer finalized a conversion of shares from Series A to Series B, altering the composition of its capital base according to corporate bylaws.

The company’s capital now consists of 455,351,068 total shares. This figure comprises 28,918,068 Series A shares and 426,433,000 Series B shares. AB SKF confirmed that it currently holds no treasury shares, maintaining its entire issued capital in external hands. This disclosure fulfills regulatory requirements under the Financial Instruments Trading Act, ensuring transparency regarding the company’s voting rights and share distribution.
