Kutak Rock Bolsters National Tax Credit Practice With Three Hires

Palmer and Dinolfo have joined the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, while Petrowsky will operate out of Springfield, Missouri. Their arrival follows the recent hiring of Robin Mahapatra and Amanda P. Cooper, signaling a concerted effort by the firm to consolidate its footprint in the tax credit sector. Scott DeMartino, who leads the D.C. tax credit practice, noted that these appointments reflect a strategy to support clients across the full spectrum of historic, new markets, and renewable energy tax credit markets.

Palmer joins the firm from the Local Initiatives Support Corporation, where she served as associate general counsel. Her background includes nearly twenty years of experience in tax-advantaged equity and debt financing. Petrowsky, previously with Ellis, Ellis, Hammons & Johnson, brings expertise in industrial development bonds and TIF districts. The transition also marks a professional reunion for Palmer, who previously collaborated with DeMartino, Mahapatra, Cooper, and Dinolfo at a different national practice, a history the firm expects will provide immediate operational continuity.
