This certification validates the Information Security Management System protecting Cyngn Insight, the cloud-based hub that powers the firm's autonomous industrial vehicles. By formalizing controls around risk assessment, incident response, and access management, the company seeks to lower the barriers to entry for security-conscious corporate clients. As autonomous systems become deeply embedded within factory networks, manufacturers are increasingly prioritizing third-party security verification during the procurement process.

Lior Tal, CEO of Cyngn, noted that the certification provides independent proof that security remains a core operational pillar rather than an afterthought. The company plans to build on this momentum by completing a SOC 2 Type II examination in October 2026. These combined efforts are designed to streamline the integration of their DriveMod technology into complex industrial environments, addressing common enterprise concerns regarding data governance and infrastructure integrity.
