Jeff Motske, CEO and co-founder of the advisory firm, stated that the expansion addresses the increasing complexity of client financial lives. By bridging the gap between investment management and tax planning, the new affiliate intends to provide advisors with the tools to identify proactive tax-mitigation opportunities rather than treating taxes as a separate, year-end concern.
This move marks another milestone for the California company, which previously established Trilogy Capital in 2016 and the MACK Service Center in 2023. The firm, founded in 1999, currently maintains 10 regional offices across the United States. The addition of tax services reflects a broader strategy to consolidate client financial oversight under a single, collaborative ecosystem.
