Mause, who joined the company in 2024, previously spearheaded a shift in sales strategy that delivered double-digit growth. His background includes a tenure as senior vice president at RB Global, where he managed the SmartEquip procurement platform, and a co-founding role at market intelligence firm Rouse Rental Insights. As president, he will oversee a consolidated organizational structure spanning merchandising, supply chain, and marketing.
CEO Asterios Satrazemis, who will remain focused on long-term corporate strategy and acquisitions, credited Mause with successfully rebuilding the company's market approach. The new leadership structure centers on a single objective: ensuring that the full range of HVAC components reaches customers by the next day, regardless of whether they purchase through physical distribution centers or digital channels. Mause noted that the priority is to simplify the buying experience while leveraging the company's deep relationships across the appliance, HVAC, and plumbing sectors.
