Wildi Fervil-Brown Named Executive Director at Pelican Landing

Fervil-Brown’s career path began in senior living logistics, where she developed her expertise in staffing and care coordination. Her transition into administrative roles followed, during which she oversaw human resources, financial health, and regulatory compliance. She holds master’s degrees in both public health and health services administration, credentials intended to reinforce the community’s operational safety and efficiency.

Prior to this appointment, Fervil-Brown served as an Assistant Executive Director and an Executive Director at other senior living facilities. She now steps into a community that has earned consecutive recognition from U.S. News & World Report as a Best Senior Living Community, alongside the 2025 and 2026 Reputation 800 Awards. Located at 13085 US Highway 1, Pelican Landing provides 89 total units, split between assisted living and memory care.
