The new arrangement allows Nautical Ventures to replenish stock based on real-time retail activity, ensuring that the dealership's inventory remains closely aligned with current market conditions. By leveraging this financing, the firm can selectively acquire high-demand boat models without overextending its working capital commitments.
Alexandre Mongeon, CEO of Vision Marine, noted that the facility bolsters the company's ability to respond to consumer interest across its multi-brand platform. Since the integration of Nautical Ventures in June 2025, the parent company has focused on streamlining its retail, service, and marina operations. This financing tool serves as a tactical component of that broader effort, enabling the business to maintain lean inventory levels while supporting its ongoing expansion in the recreational boating sector.
