According to Chief Product and Technology Officer Omer Sharon, the goal is not to replace human staff but to remove the operational friction that prevents brands from responding to consumers at scale.
Operational efficiency metrics highlight the impact of these tools within the Emplifi ecosystem. Over the past year, the company’s care platform managed 8.6 million cases, with median first response times dropping 64%—from 60.7 minutes in the first quarter to 21.6 minutes by the third quarter of 2026. Beyond care, new governance features allow large-scale organizations to manage complex hierarchies, such as a consumer goods client currently operating 870 user accounts across 20 distinct brands.
