Potomac Bank Promotes Anthony Ranghelli to Chief Innovation Officer

CEO Alice P. Frazier cited Ranghelli’s track record in steering technology initiatives as the primary driver for his promotion. In his expanded capacity, he will lead efforts to implement new products and processes designed to address specific market challenges. He retains direct oversight of the bank’s information security, digital operations, and fintech initiatives.

Ranghelli brings a robust academic background to the role, holding a Global Executive MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and an MS in Management of Information Technology from the McIntire School of Commerce. A certified Project Management Professional, he also holds certifications in design thinking. Based in Frederick County, Virginia, he balances his executive responsibilities with active involvement in local youth sports programs.
