This transaction reinforces the firm’s industrial-heavy portfolio strategy; as of September 30, 2026, industrial assets represent 40% of the company’s $6.9 billion total portfolio, spanning 66 properties valued at approximately $2.7 billion. The trust continues to prioritize such infill locations to maintain durable cash flow.
