This includes funding community-supported agriculture memberships for staff and hosting "Farm Camp" programs to deepen employee connections to the land.
CEO Kevin Sherman credited the staff’s curiosity and conviction for the accolade, noting that the ranking serves as a benchmark for the company’s ongoing efforts to foster a supportive environment. This latest honor joins a series of recent industry recognitions for the Denver-based brand, including a fifth consecutive appearance on the Inc. 5000 list and a 2025 nod from Fast Company for its innovative flexible work policies.
