After two decades advising Fortune 2000 boards, David Kruzner has joined Trianz as the Global Leader of Transformation Advisory Services. He is tasked with unifying the company's assessment, solution architecture, and advisory functions to bridge the gap between high-level strategic planning and execution on the Concierto platform.
Reporting directly to CEO Sri Manchala, Kruzner arrives from Kruzner Advisory Partners to oversee a newly consolidated practice. The initiative aims to ensure that every client engagement begins with the architectural and executive alignment necessary for large-scale digital reinvention. By folding Concierto Assess, Solution Architecture, and Transformation Advisors into a single unit, Trianz intends to eliminate the disconnect that often plagues complex enterprise projects.Kruzner’s career includes high-level roles at Ernst & Young and iGATE, now part of CapGemini. His mandate at Trianz focuses on front-loading the customer journey with rigorous strategic planning before transitioning programs to the company's execution teams. According to the firm, this structure addresses the common failure point where transformation strategies lose momentum during the transition to implementation. Kruzner views the Concierto platform as the critical tool for maintaining that continuity, enabling organizations to move from intent to measurable outcomes with greater speed and governance.
