During his appearance on Enterprise Radio, Conyers outlined the internal friction of balancing commercial scalability with the rigid quality control required for importing German homeopathic remedies and herbal extracts.Conyers emphasized that long-term survival in the sector stems from non-negotiable standards rather than aggressive advertising. "Build your reputation on the thing you refuse to compromise on, not the thing you're best at marketing," he said. "Anyone can out-spend you, out-advertise you, and out-shout you. Nobody can out-principle you if you've held the line long enough." This philosophy continues to guide the firm’s supply chain, which currently sources products from 15 selected international manufacturers.
