For the second consecutive year, Wynn Palace and Wynn Macau will serve as the primary stages for the awards, transforming the properties into a global hub for the drinks industry. The event features the "Wing Lei Bar & Friends" Special Edition, a program uniting more than 50 mixologists and chefs from Asia, Europe, and North America. Under the leadership of Director of Bars Mark Lloyd, the initiative aims to frame cocktail culture as a shared global language, mirroring the cross-cultural journeys of the bartenders themselves.
The festival schedule includes high-energy guest shifts, exclusive culinary pairings, and industry roundtables. Key highlights feature a four-hands dinner between Cantonese master chef Tam Kwok Fung and Japanese visionary Yoshihiro Narisawa at Chef Tam’s Seasons, alongside a series of bar takeovers ranging from Singapore’s Manhattan to Sri Lanka’s Smoke & Bitters. The programming extends to the "Shake & Stir Hall of Fame," featuring industry pioneers Antonio Lai and Nico de Soto, and an all-female showcase titled "Behind Her Bar." By integrating these diverse international talents with the signature UNITY 2.0 cocktail menu at Wing Lei Bar, the resort aims to solidify Macao’s growing influence in the global food and beverage landscape.
