Since 2022, the Schiller Park-based firm has more than doubled its certified locations, rising from six to 15 countries including Australia, Germany, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates. This growth trajectory aligns with a broader effort to standardize employee experience through initiatives like the refreshed Encore University learning platform and the Level-Up development program.
President and CEO Ben Erwin attributes the sustained recognition to a deliberate focus on talent retention, noting that the company’s ability to connect and inspire audiences relies entirely on the development of its staff. Chief Human Resources Officer Evan Swidler added that the certification underscores a shift toward a people-first management mindset, supported by new mental health resources and global recognition programs such as CenterStage. As the company continues to support over 2,200 venues worldwide, leadership remains focused on leveraging direct team feedback to refine operations across its diverse international workforce.
