Pop Mart has secured a 2,618 sq ft unit on the centre’s High Street upper level, marking its first entry into South Yorkshire. The store will stock the brand's signature collectable figures, including Labubu, Hello Kitty, and Disney products, joining existing East Asian-inspired retailers Miniso and Kenji.
LEGO has completed a strategic relocation to an upsized 4,561 sq ft space on the lower mall High Street. After 15 years at the site, the brand has shifted its focus toward an interactive hub model, designed to host product launches and community-building events. Meanwhile, Crew Clothing has opened a 2,000 sq ft unit on The Avenue, bolstering the mall’s premium tier alongside neighbors such as The White Company and L’Occitane. Richard Crowther, Retail Leasing Director at British Land, noted that these additions reflect the centre’s role in attracting high-profile brands to curate a specific destination experience.
