The acquisition brings three Pennsylvania locations into the DermDox network: the Newtown facility at 104 Pheasant Run, the King of Prussia office at 700 S. Henderson Road, and the New Hope rejuvenation center at 8 S. Main Street. These sites will retain their current branding and continue operating under the leadership of Dr. Robert Skalicky, ensuring continuity for existing patients.
Christopher Puza, President of DermDox Group, stated that the partnership creates a premier destination for skin cancer care and cosmetic procedures by aligning their respective clinical standards. For patients, the transition promises access to a broader range of treatments—from Mohs micrographic surgery to body contouring and laser rejuvenation—under a single, physician-led organizational framework. The combined entity plans to focus on further physician recruitment and technological investment to expand its presence across the region.
