The meal includes a signature Honey-Butter Biscuit and a jalapeño pepper, maintaining the traditional configuration that drove its initial popularity.
The addition of the lemon pepper variety combines citrus notes with cracked black pepper, providing a departure from the classic savory rub. Chief Executive Officer Roland Gonzalez noted that the company aims to leverage the established demand for the product while offering a fresh flavor profile to entice returning customers.
