The new operation is spearheaded by Peter Matthews, Group CEO of CENTURY 21 UAE and India, with Alex Pearson serving as Managing Director in Dubai. The office currently supports 30 affiliated agents, focusing on both off-plan and secondary market transactions. This launch follows the model established by CENTURY 21 Australasia, led by Chairman Charles Tarbey, whose emphasis on agent development and service standards serves as the blueprint for the brand's Middle Eastern presence.
Dubai’s real estate sector remains a primary target due to its aggressive population growth—expected to reach 5.8 million by 2033—and significant transaction volumes, which hit AED 252 billion in the first quarter of 2026. Mike Miedler, President and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate LLC, noted that the regional move aims to provide a consistent professional standard for an increasingly international pool of investors. By leveraging a network spanning 80 countries, the firm intends to navigate the UAE's complex, high-demand environment for both local buyers and cross-border clients.
