Operating eight locations across Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island, DCNE brings a deep-rooted network of contractor relationships and a strong partnership with Carrier Corporation to the Montreal-based company. The transition aims to merge DCNE’s localized technical expertise with the broader logistics and supply chain resources of The Master Group.
Louis St-Laurent, CEO of The Master Group, noted that the acquisition aligns with the firm’s strategy of partnering with established, service-oriented organizations. While the financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed, the continuity of service is a central pillar of the agreement. Michele and Nancy Kolligian are slated to manage the business through the transition period to ensure that the legacy built since 1963 remains intact for existing clients. For contractors, the merger promises an expanded product portfolio and enhanced distribution capabilities while maintaining the familiar support teams they have relied on for decades.
