The Agency Dallas Hits $1 Billion Milestone with Boutique Model

With fewer than 54 agents, The Agency Dallas has surpassed $1 billion in closed sales volume just three years after opening its doors. By prioritizing a lean, high-touch operational structure over the massive headcount of traditional corporate brokerages, the firm has achieved the highest per-agent productivity in the Dallas luxury market.

Founded in January 2023 by Damon and Megan Williamson, the brokerage targets high-end enclaves including the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, and Bluffview. While larger local competitors often manage rosters of 1,500 agents, the Williamsons argue that their smaller footprint allows for a 28-fold increase in marketing and leadership support per person. This concentration of resources, coupled with access to a global network of 165 offices across 15 countries, has become the firm’s primary engine for growth.

"We built The Agency Dallas to be the brokerage we always wanted to work at," said Damon Williamson, who holds a consistent ranking as a top-producing agent in Highland Park. The firm’s model relies on direct access to ownership and an in-house marketing team, ensuring that listings reach international high-net-worth buyers within 24 hours of signing. By focusing on active, producing leadership rather than sheer volume of personnel, the brokerage has carved out a distinct competitive advantage in the Texas luxury landscape.
