The partnership marks a significant infrastructure upgrade for the beauty chain, which currently maintains a nationwide retail footprint. By integrating Vusion’s end-to-end technology, Gratis intends to streamline back-office tasks and improve the efficiency of store-level price adjustments. Aykut Demirci, Vice President of Sales at Gratis, noted that the retailer sought a partner capable of balancing immediate operational needs with long-term technological ambition.
For Vusion, the deal underscores a growing foothold in the Turkish market, which the company identifies as a critical growth driver within the EMEA region. Beyond simple price automation, the platform is expected to provide a foundation for future services, including retail media and enhanced connected store capabilities. Sébastien Fourcy, SEVP EMEA at Vusion, highlighted that the project serves as a key indicator of the firm’s accelerating commercial momentum in the country.
