The facility continues to provide core logistics services, including carrier options through UPS, FedEx, and USPS, alongside private mailbox rentals and notary support. Somiari intends to modernize the location’s portfolio by introducing expedited passport processing, specialized auction logistics, and expanded freight services.
Annex Brands, the San Diego-based franchisor overseeing the transition, views the change as a strategic move to maintain the store’s established community presence. Patrick Edd, CEO of Annex Brands, noted that the company remains committed to supporting Somiari as he takes over the operation of one of their more than 800 North American locations.
