The merger, which officially closed on June 22, 2026, integrates Tetrasolv’s specialized ASME-certified manufacturing and field service operations into the broader IWS portfolio. By absorbing the Indiana-based filtration expert, IWS gains significant ground in high-demand remediation areas, including the rapidly evolving sector of PFAS removal. This acquisition comes shortly after IWS brought Complete Filtration Resources into its group, signaling an aggressive strategy to build a comprehensive, turnkey water technology powerhouse.
Cody Phipps, CEO of IWS, noted that the combination of modular wastewater systems and Tetrasolv’s media filtration allows the group to address mounting regulatory pressures while lowering the total cost of ownership for clients. Tetrasolv will continue to function as a subsidiary, retaining its primary manufacturing hub in Anderson, Indiana, and its regional service centers across Texas, Florida, and Pennsylvania. For Tetrasolv, the partnership provides the capital and engineering depth required to scale its infrastructure projects, while the parent company, backed by Sciens Water, gains a recurring revenue stream through expanded field and media services.
