Since joining the agency in 2019, Moon has become a cornerstone of the Charleston team. Her recognition includes a $10,000 prize, which was presented to her during the company's annual conference in Scottsdale, Arizona. According to Visiting Angels President Scott Parrish, Moon’s work exemplifies the human connection and empathy that define the organization’s mission to keep seniors independent in their own homes.
Founder and CEO Larry Meigs highlighted Moon’s influence on the broader network, noting her consistency in embodying the company’s core values of service and humility. The award also recognized two finalists: Amanda Williams of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, and Eddie Thomas of San Antonio, Texas. Both finalists received $5,000 prizes, while semi-finalists were awarded $1,000 each for their contributions to the home care sector.
