JustAI Secures $17 Million to Automate Enterprise Marketing

With over 15,000 marketing products currently clogging the enterprise ecosystem, JustAI is betting that companies are ready to trade manual workflows for autonomous agents. The San Francisco-based startup announced a $17 million Series A round today, aiming to replace rigid, rules-based campaign management with an AI-native decisioning engine.

The funding round, led by Base10 Partners with participation from Y Combinator and Peak XV Partners, arrives as marketing departments struggle to convert budget allocations into tangible scale. While Gartner reports that CMOs are pouring 15.3% of their budgets into AI, only 30% of leaders feel equipped to actually deploy those capabilities. JustAI attempts to bridge this gap by consolidating strategy, creative, decisioning, and data analysis into a single, agentic system.

Founded by Neha Mittal and Jeff Hara, the company claims a 5X increase in annual recurring revenue over the past year. Their platform functions through four specialized agents that audit user segments, generate multi-channel messaging, optimize for revenue goals, and continuously feed performance data back into the system. According to Mittal, the goal is to provide marketers with the leverage of an entire team rather than just another dashboard. The new capital will be directed toward expanding engineering and go-to-market teams, with plans to push the platform beyond its current consumer-focused roots into the e-commerce and B2B sectors.
